ASSISTANCE

Help unemployed, low income and undeserved people in the community.

• Act as a liaison between the patient and health care provider as well as patient and Medicare/Medicaid provider/agency.
• Help current and potential patients obtain 1-800 number for assistance and complete the proper paperwork necessary to obtain medical services.
• Provide Spanish to English and English to Spanish translation.

Help us to make a difference in our community and throughout the world for the underserved with pulmonary diseases and diabetes.

COMMUNITY AWARENESS

• Educate the low income and minority community about lung cancer, COPD, sarcadosis and diabetes.

• Educate through grass roots initiatives emphasizing prevention. Provide public speaking forums on various health topics in high risk neighborhoods.

• Advertise upcoming events about various health issues in local publications related to Lung Cancer, COPD, Sarcadosis and Diabetes.

CHARITABLE DONATIONS

•Initiate fund raising events to solicit funds for purchasing new and or used medical equipment and supplies that will be donated to the uninsured on a case-by-case basis.

• Solicit private donors, physician offices, hospitals, as well as manufacturers and distributors of medical equipment and supplies.
